At Electroqu\u00edmica de Hernani, we see our commitment to our local area as an active responsibility towards the people and organisations that bring the town\u2019s social life to life.
\nThat is why we support the Hartubol team run by Goiz Eguzki in Hernani, an association that plays a vital role in the social and community life of our town.<\/p>\n

Goiz Eguzki and its role in the community<\/h2>\n

Goiz Eguzki is Hernani\u2019s Senior Citizens\u2019 Centre, a space for older people to meet and participate, where cultural, social and sporting activities are organised to promote active ageing, social interaction and community cohesion. Its work makes a vital contribution to keeping the town\u2019s community fabric alive.<\/p>\n

The Hartubol project<\/h2>\n

It is within this framework that Hartubol was born, a participatory sport inspired by team dynamics similar to volleyball, which promotes physical activity, camaraderie and active participation. Beyond sport, Hartubol is a tool for strengthening bonds, encouraging healthy habits and reinforcing a sense of belonging.
\nEvery training session and every match is a display of enthusiasm, energy and team spirit. The true value of this project lies in participation, in community spirit and in the sense of well-being it generates among its members.<\/p>\n

Commitment to the local community<\/h2>\n

Supporting this initiative is a way of backing the local associations that keep Hernani\u2019s social life alive and foster an active, inclusive and cohesive community.
\nWe believe that economic development and social wellbeing must go hand in hand. That is why we support projects that promote more humane, participatory and interconnected environments.<\/p>\n
